All positions are open to Afghan nationals and filled locally wherever the required skills are available. Training is provided for junior staff.
The business commits to employing not fewer than 15 Afghan nationals by the end of the third year, with preference given to graduates of Afghan universities in computer science, engineering, and related fields.
