Akhund Baba Software Development Services operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described here. Akhund Baba is the registered Afghan sole proprietorship identified below.

2Information we collect and why

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, selected subject and any organisation name you choose to provide. We use this information to answer you, understand the work requested, prepare a proposal, keep the business correspondence and protect the form from abuse.

Our hosting and security providers receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser headers, requested page, time and security signals. The site stores your animation-pause preference in local storage. Each page starts in your device’s system theme; manual theme changes are not saved.

We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, build advertising profiles or send marketing email unless a person separately asks to receive it.

3Providers and processing outside Afghanistan

Cloudflare provides website delivery, hosting and security. Resend delivers contact-form email. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission is likely to be human. These providers may process information outside Afghanistan under the terms applicable to their services.

We may disclose information where a valid legal obligation requires it or where reasonably necessary to protect the company, the site or another person from harm.

4Retention and security

We keep an enquiry only as long as reasonably needed to answer it and manage the relationship. If it becomes a project, relevant correspondence is kept with contract, accounting and tax records for their required period. Cloudflare and Resend keep technical records according to their applicable settings and terms.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transport and restricted access to enquiry email. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, PINs or one-time codes through the form.

5Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will verify and act on the request unless a contract, accounting rule, legal claim or other binding obligation requires a limited record to remain.

You can clear local or session storage in your browser. The site will still work, but saved animation preferences may return to their default state. Your device’s system setting determines the theme when a page loads.

6Children and changes

This company website is intended for organisations, clients and job applicants; it is not designed for use by children. A child should not send personal information without a parent or guardian.

Material changes are published here with a new date. A signed client agreement continues to control an active client relationship.
