01Who is responsible

This website is operated by Akhund Baba, an individual business registered with the Afghanistan Central Business Registry and Intellectual Property at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Questions about this policy go to the address on the contact page.

02What this site collects

This site has no advertising, no analytics that identify you, no third-party trackers and no cookies set by us.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, your email address, your organisation if you gave one, the subject you chose, and your message.

Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs — the request, the time, and a truncated network address — for security and to keep the site running. We do not combine those with anything else.

03Why we hold it, and for how long

We use what you send only to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own purposes.

Enquiries are kept while a working relationship is live and for as long afterwards as our accounting and tax record-keeping obligations require. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted once they are plainly closed.

04Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers process the message in the course of delivering it. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

We disclose information to an authority only where a valid legal obligation requires it.

05Security

Access to enquiry data is restricted to the people who need it. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and backups are tested. This mirrors the commitment in the registered business plan.

06Your choices

Write to us to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and we will act on it unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

07Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
