01These terms cover the website only

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a contract for services. Work for a client is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — the registered business plan commits the company to a written contract with every customer, employee, contractor and supplier.

02Who you are contracting with

Any agreement is with Akhund Baba, the registered individual business, and never with a product name. Only a legal person can sign, invoice, be paid, or be sued.

03What is on the site

The descriptions of services, capabilities and prior work on this site are provided for information. They are not an offer, and they do not form part of any agreement unless repeated in a signed contract.

We keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current at every moment, and we may change it without notice.

04Intellectual property

The Akhund Baba name and mark, the KankorAsan name and mark, the typeface as licensed, the text and the design of this site are owned by Akhund Baba or licensed to it. You may quote and link to this site with attribution. You may not reproduce the marks or the typeface, or copy the site wholesale, without written permission.

05Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to systems you are not authorised to use, or submit anything unlawful through the contact form.

06Liability

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent Afghan law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site itself. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed services contract.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Kabul.
