1About these terms
These terms govern use of akhundbaba.af. By continuing to browse or use the contact form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The operator is Akhund Baba Software Development Services. Product names, including KankorAsan, are not separate legal persons and do not replace the company in a contract or invoice.
2The website is not a services contract
Service descriptions, examples, timelines and technologies are general information, not a binding offer or guarantee. Client work begins only under a written proposal, statement of work or contract accepted by the parties.
The signed agreement controls scope, price, payment, ownership, confidentiality, acceptance, support, warranties, cancellation and disputes for that project. If it conflicts with this website, the signed agreement controls the client work.
3Accuracy, advice and availability
We try to keep company and service information accurate, but it may not always be complete or current. We may correct or remove content and may suspend the site for maintenance or security.
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, security or other professional advice for a visitor’s particular circumstances.
4Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Akhund Baba name and marks, website design, original text, graphics and code are owned by Akhund Baba or used under licence. You may link to the site and quote a reasonable excerpt with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, reproduce a mark, sell its content or extract it automatically without written permission.
Do not disrupt or probe the site, bypass security, access a system without permission, send malware or spam, impersonate another person, scrape at scale, or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing material.

A link to another website does not make Akhund Baba responsible for that service or its content. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by law, Akhund Baba is not responsible for indirect loss arising only from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website. Nothing excludes responsibility that law does not allow us to exclude or changes a remedy in a signed client contract.
6Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Afghanistan. Before filing a website claim, send the details to info@akhundbaba.af so both sides can try in good faith to resolve it. An unresolved dispute may be brought before a competent court in Kabul, subject to any mandatory right to another forum.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. A change does not rewrite an existing signed agreement. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
