Starting a project
How does a project begin?
Send a short description of the problem, who will use the system, the main functions and any deadline. We will reply with questions, then prepare a scope and proposal if the work is a fit.
How are price and payment decided?
After the scope is understood. The written proposal or contract states the deliverables, price, currency, payment milestones, acceptance process and any third-party costs. The website itself does not accept payments.
Will you keep our information confidential?
We limit access to project information and can sign a confidentiality agreement where needed. The project contract should identify any special security, hosting, retention or access requirements before work starts.
Are you hiring?
Open roles are published on the Careers page. If no role is listed, Afghan applicants may still send a CV and a link to relevant work for future consideration.
