Payments, cancellation and refunds

Akhundbaba.af does not take online orders or payments. Sending the contact form does not place an order, reserve staff or create a payment obligation.

KankorAsan is a separate product with its own website, product terms, prices and support process. This policy does not decide a KankorAsan subscription refund.

2Client fees and cancellation

Before paid work begins, the parties agree a proposal, statement of work or contract identifying scope, deliverables, price, currency, taxes, payment schedule, acceptance process and third-party costs.

A scope change or cancellation should be requested in writing. The signed agreement decides when work stops, which completed work and committed costs remain payable, how materials are handed over and whether a cancellation charge applies.

3Refunds and payment errors

Refund rights, service credits and warranty remedies are those in the signed agreement and any non-excludable right under applicable law. This page does not reduce such a right.

Report a duplicate, misdirected or apparently unauthorised payment promptly with the invoice number, date, amount and reference. Never send a password, card PIN or one-time code. An approved refund is returned by an agreed traceable method to the person or organisation that paid.

4Invoices and disputes

Send invoice questions to info@akhundbaba.af as soon as possible. The parties should first use the notice and dispute process in their signed agreement.
